October is Big Read NH Month at RPL!

Rye Public Library joins libraries all around the state of New Hampshire this month for a joint reading project called the Big Read.  The selection is fittingly Octoberish: the works of Edgar Allen Poe! Our book discussion group will meet on Tuesday October 16th at 2 and 7 pm to discuss the selected works.  Copies are available–just ask at the desk.  We’ll also award a special prize to anyone who visits RPL on Tuesday October 16th dressed as Edgar Allen Poe!  Find out more about the state-wide celebration by clicking the widget in the left column of our website or visiting the Big Read Blog.  Also, visit the NH Center for the Book, the project’s sponsor, at their website  website.
