Intro to Facebook

Thursday, April 21, 5:00 PM. In this Introduction to Facebook, we will create a personal Facebook page and set our account and privacy settings. Please be prepared with the web address, account name, and password of your web-accessible email account. If you do not have an email account that can be opened and read from a web browser, please arrange to come to the library between noon and 5:00 PM, and we’ll set you up with an account. Welcome to Windows 7

An introduction to Windows 7, the new operating system from Microsoft. If you are an experienced Windows XP or Windows Vista user, you will have already noticed that the look and feel of Windows 7 is a little different from what you are used to, but all your favorite functions are still here, plus a few extras. If you are a new computer user, or if you are new to the Windows environment, we will review some basic functions that all operating systems perform, such as opening and saving files, and organizing your documents and photos.
