A representative from Wentworth Connections will be here on Tuesday, August 23, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm to take your blood pressure and answer health-related questions.

The Health Clinic takes place on the 4th Tuesday of each month, from 1 to 3 PM.

A Registered Nurse provides:

* Blood Sugar Checks
* Medications Review
* Help with Managing Diabetes and Other Chronic Illnesses
* Lifestyle Changes – Exercise, Nutrition, Stress Management
