Join Pat Ritter of Nature’s Wonders as we tend the garden. We meet once a month year ’round, so if there’s inclement weather, we do a project indoors. This wonderful program helps kids connect with nature, and gets them thinking about being outdoors to explore and understand the natural world. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 3:30 – 5:00 P.M.* Please call 964-8401 to sign up!
*Please note that the Family Garden Club will meet next month on July 19th, which is the third Tuesday of the month.

• Back by popular demand – the “Travel the World” store where you can “buy” items earned by reading books.
• Kick-off Party with New Hampshire Performer Steve Blunt and New Hampshire Author Marty Kelley – Tuesday, June 28th, 6:00 P.M.
• Odds Bodkin – an AMAZING story teller, complete with harp and other instruments to bring stories to life – this program is specifically tailored to our summer theme – Tuesday, July 12th, 6:00 P.M.
• Wayne from Maine – Tuesday, August 2nd, 6:00 P.M.
• …and much, much more!!

Greek Mythology Trivia Night, featuring the series Percy Jackson and the Olympians, by Rick Riordan, was a big hit with the Olympic crowd!
Guests included Argus Panoptes, Hermes the Messenger(s) of the Gods, Artemis, Aphrodite, Zeus, Poseidon, Achilles, Medusa (well, her head, anyway) and other assorted gods, goddesses, heroes, and heroines.
During a pause in the competition, guests enjoyed offerings of ambrosia and nectar.
Let’s hope that we don’t have to wait four years for the rematch!
