An event every 2 weeks that begins at 11:15am on Monday, repeating until December 11, 2017

An opportunity to  practice guided mindfulness meditation.

“Mindfulness” = The moment to moment awareness of experience just the way it is.

Open to all levels of experience.

Every other Monday—11:15 PM to 12:15 PM on September 18, October 2, 16 & 30,  November 13 & 27 and December 11.

Facilitated by Liz Korabek-Emerson, certified mindfulness instructor, workshop leader and creative coach.
