Rye Public Library offers the use of its meeting room space to community and civic groups for public meetings according to the terms of the Library’s Meeting Room Policies:
Meeting Room Policy
Requests are considered on a first come, first served basis according to availability. At the time of scheduling, fill out the application and drop off to the library for approval.
RPL’s Community Meeting Room capacity is 70 people. LCD projection equipment, and sound system are for use only by approved and reserved meetings either during the Library’s regular operating hours or with advance approval.
The New Hampshire Room houses the Local History Collection, and is available for study, reading, and computer use, on a first-come, first-served basis, when no Library programming is scheduled for the room.
