Liz Korabek-Emerson will give an introductory talk and give you tools for exploring what’s most important to you now. She will use guided meditation, discussion and fun creative exercises to help you connect to your innate creativity, tap into your inherent wisdom and find your true north.
No meditation or art experience required.
Liz Korabek-Emerson, MFA is a certified mindfulness teacher, a wellness coach and theatre artist. She teaches mindfulness at Maine Medical Learning Center and leads mindfulness groups at Rye Library, Portsmouth Library, Gateway Taiji Studio and the Portsmouth Hospital. She is also an adjunct faculty member of NHTI’s Mindful Communications program and co-leads the Fiercely Human workshops for business.
