Rye Public Library offers access to reference material in multiple formats including both print and electronic encyclopedias, almanacs, dictionaries, etc. Print reference volumes are interspersed with other topical material in our non-fiction shelving areas. A subject-specific Art monograph collection is housed in the original 1911 era Eastern wing of the Library building.
The New Hampshire Room houses a uniquely specific collection of volumes related to local histories, birth, marriage, and death records for many Rye families.
