Library Cards
All Rye residents, taxpayers, and permanent employees of Rye, New Hampshire are eligible for a library card at no cost. Non-residents may obtain a card for an annual fee.
Non-residents of Rye can purchase an annual membership to the Rye Public Library for $100.00. Summer or winter residents can purchase a six-month non-resident membership for $55.00. Non-resident memberships entitle holders to full borrowing and web access privileges during the term of the membership.
