The Rye Public Library has two rooms available to reserve for presentations and meetings: the Community Meeting Room located on our lower level, and the New Hampshire Board Room, located upstairs.
Rye Public Library offers the use of its meeting room space to community and civic groups for public meetings according to the terms of the Library’s Meeting Room Policy.
Requests are considered on a first come, first served basis according to availability.
RPL’s Community Meeting Room normal capacity is 70 people. LCD projection equipment, and sound system are for use only by approved and reserved meetings either during the Library’s regular operating hours or with advance approval.
We will only contact you if we have additional questions and to inform you of the status of your request.
