Meeting Rooms

Rye Public Library offers the use of its meeting room space to community and civic groups for public meetings according to the terms of the Library’s Meeting Room Policies:

Requests are considered on a first come, first served basis according to availability. At the time of scheduling, fill out the application and drop off to the library for approval.

RPL’s Community Meeting Room normal capacity is 70 people. LCD projection equipment, and sound system are for use only by approved and reserved meetings either during the Library’s regular operating hours or with advance approval.

I have read and accept the RPL Community Meeting Room Policy and accept responsibility to observe this policy. I also agree to accept responsibility for any damage to library property and equipment.
